The Bryant Back Bay condo auction, 10 units of the 50 unit building, announced by the Accelerated Marketing Partners is scheduled for October 17^th with a minimum bid of just under $1.1 Million dollars.  You may preview the property at 303 Columbus Avenue, Boston, MA during the periods of September 22 – October 16^th from noon to 6pm.  The auction itself will take place at the Colonade Hotel at 120 Huntington Avenue Boston MA.

The main goal of the auction is to hopefully jump start slumping sales and to create a sort of momentum for the higher end Condo Market available in the Boston Real Estate Area.
