The Bryant Back Bay condo auction, 10 units of the 50 unit building, announced by the Accelerated Marketing Partners is scheduled for October 17th with a minimum bid of just under $1.1 Million dollars.  You may preview the property at 303 Columbus Avenue, Boston, MA during the periods of September 22 – October 16th from noon to 6pm.  The auction itself will take place at the Colonade Hotel at 120 Huntington Avenue Boston MA.
